Volkswagen T4 camper conversion.
This project started with a bare bones T4 which the client had been using an air mattress to take away on surfing and fishing trips. He needed an upgrade.
The van was stripped and materials recovered where possible to be later reused. A window was installed into the sliding door and all bodywork cleaned and fixed where needed. A full 12volt split charge system from starter battery to leisure battery was installed along with 12v charging and spot lights. Insulation, ceiling paneling and flooring was fitted to finish the interior. This basic fit out was then finished with bed and furniture for a much comfier place to spend nights away and enjoy the outdoors whenever he can.
